Data Transparency

The Swale & Ure Drainage Board is committed to being open and transparent about how we work, our decision making processes and the services we provide.

We have used the Local Government Transparency Code 2015 to determine data which should be made available as a minimum. Click on the links below to find these items

Expenditure over £500, (including costs, supplier and transaction information). Any sole trader or body acting in a business capacity in receipt of payments of at least £500 of public money should expect such payments to be transparent. All payments made through the Purchase Ledger can be found HERE. We publish this list six-monthly.

Board Member Allowances and Expenses for the previous tax year are published in April each year

The Annual Governance and Accountability Return is audited by external auditors and is published for the previous financial year, once the Board receives the Auditors Report, usually September/October.
